Why this site?

One of the most important goals that internet has for me, is keeping me updated about new things that I didn’t even know existed. Because I don’t know they exist, it’s very hard to find it since I cannot actively search for it. This paradox is something I want to break with this website. I am always looking for interesting things to read about, or to actually do even.

What I used to do a lot is just browse through different news sites on the internet, looking for things that are new to me and might interest me. Then what I will do is get more background information about the particular subject and even googling the particular subject. This is how the idea came to me that it would be great if someone actually made a blog about new kinds of things about very varying subjects. A blog is the perfect tool for this in my opinion.

One of the things that I read about lately and seemed very interesting to me, actually is blogging itself. It seemed very cool to me to write columns everyday and build on some kind of public diary. I have always loved writing stories and sharing interesting content so a blog about great ideas seemed liked the perfect combination for me.

I will use this site at first to keep track of the things that I think are interesting to read more about as a kind of personal diary of internet findings. Secondly I hope to help other people to show them my findings and deliver informative and readable columns about it.

To be able to put a lot of time into this blog there will sometimes be affiliate links to some of the products I write about. This means that if you click on a link that leads to the products website and you would buy something there, I will get money for it.

If you have a problem with this I advise you not to click any of the links but just read the information. The subjects that I write about are all chosen by me beforehand and not based on making money of you as my visitor.

I hope you will have a nice read on my blog and if you like it, don’t forget to comment.

Greetings, Eric
